CLARKE Thomas (Jim) Died on 20th October 2021, peacefully in Royal Victoria Hospital. Late of 48 Donaghanie Road, Omagh.
Dear father of Gillian (David Finlay) Averil (Stephen Young), Keith, Stephen and Adrian. Much loved Grandfather and father in law.
Wake for family and friends to be held in his home Friday 22nd between 4pm – 8pm.
Funeral service in his late residence Saturday 23rd at 1pm followed by burial in Clogherney Presbyterian Churchyard.
Family flowers only with donations in lieu to ICU Royal Victoria Hospital payable to Adams and Pollock Funeral Directors, 155 Doogary Road, Omagh BT79 0HF.
Deeply regretted by the entire family circle.
