The family circle of the late Sam Clements of Annacloy, wish to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
A special word of thanks to Reverend Alan Burke of Lisarra Presbyterian Church Crossgar for conducting Sam’s funeral service and for his prayers and support for Sam and all the family over the last 4 years.
To all those who attended his funeral, sent cards of sympathy, visited him in hospital and in residential homes or helped in any way – the family is eternally grateful.
The family wish to thank all the staff at Northfield House Donaghadee, Sunnyside House Bangor and Grant House at Ards Community Hospital who all lovingly cared for Sam.
Sincere thanks also to all those who sent donations to Cancer Research.
Finally appreciation to Charles Rourke & Sons Funeral Directors for their dignified care of Sam and for their support for all the family during this sad time.
