CONCANNON Daniel (Wes), August 4 2026, beloved husband of Chloe, loving father of Lili-Rose, Farrah and Ceava, cherished son of Paul and Joyce, dear brother of Adham, brother-in-law of Hannah, Michaela and Rhys, son-in-law of Tracy and John and sadly missed by all his extended family and friends.

Daniel will be reposing in his home, 27 De Glin Park, Claudy on Thursday from 12 – 10 pm. Funeral service will take place there on Friday at 1 pm.
