CONVERY John, The Rock, Lavey. Died 26th October 2026. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family John R.I.P. beloved husband of Mary (née McGill); loving father of Anna (Doug), Séan (Creea), Deirdre, Catherine (Steven), Eithné (James) and Gerard (Mairead) and much adored granda of Conor, Colm, Grace, Caitlin, James, Cara, Annie, JP, Rose, Isla, Orlagh and John. Son of the late John and Annie and dear brother of Jean Kearney, Foy, Anne Hand, Martin, Dympna Currams and the late JP, Colm, Brendan and Mari.

Everyone welcome to call at the family home (The Rock, 11 Drumard Road, Knockloghrim. BT45 8QA) on Tuesday 27th October 2026 from 4pm to 9pm and Wednesday 28th October 2026 from 12 noon to 9pm. Family time after please. Funeral from his late residence on Thursday 29th October at 11:20am for 12 noon Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Lavey (Requiem Mass can be viewed at: https://churchmedia.tv/church-of-our-lady-of-mercy). Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
