COOKE, (née Callaghan), 19th October 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at her home 19 Leenan Gardens, PATRICIA, beloved wife of Martin, loving mother of Martina, Lisa, Kevin and Tara, devoted granny of Fintan, Shea, Seren, Katie, Caolán, Rosie, Tom, Charlie, Eábha, Kaycee, Oliver and Eldon, mother-in-law to Gareth, Adrian and Megan, dear daughter of the late Jean and Patrick Callaghan, a loving sister to her brothers and sisters, a dear sister-in-law and aunt. Loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle, neighbours and friends.

Patricia will be reposing at her home on Tuesday 20th October from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Funeral leaving her home on Thursday 22nd October at 12:30 p.m. to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 1:00 p.m. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
