Date of Death: Monday 19th December 2022

We the family of the late Norman Cooper wish to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us through our recent sad loss.

Thanks for the kindness and support from relations and friends, those who sent cards, messages, telephoned, visited our home and brought food and attended the funeral. Our thanks to those who gave donations in lieu of flowers to Derg Parish Church and Castlederg Patient Comfort and Terminally Ill Fund.
A special word of thanks to Reverend Peter Ferguson for his pastoral care, visits and comforting funeral service, also Gordon Speer the Organist. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Castlederg Surgery, Donaghy’s Chemist, Care Plus, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, Altnagelvin and Omagh Hospitals.

We would like to thank the Fire Brigade, Regimental Association of the UDR for their Guard of Honour and the British Legion for their attendance and thoughtful Poppy tribute at the graveside.
A heartfelt thank you to Armstrong’s Funeral Directors for their dignified and professional manner throughout and to Derg Parish ladies who provided the tea after the service.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest gratitude to all.
