CREIGHTON (née Smyth) Josephine (Kathleen) died peacefully January 28, 2026, in the Royal Victoria Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of David, loving mother to David, Gerard, Lisa, Aidan and the late Danny R.I.P.

Josephine will be reposing at her late home, 5 Eliza Street Terrace, BT7 2AX from midday on today Friday January 30th until removal on Thursday February 5th to St Malachy’s Church, Alfred Street, for Requiem Mass at 1.00pm followed by the committal at Roselawn Crematorium. Deeply regretted by her grandchildren and extended family circle. No flowers please. Donations in lieu if so desired can be made payable to Chest Heart and Stroke NI, c/o O’Kanes Funeral Directors
