CROOKS (née CROOKS) Sadie Isabel died on July 7th 2021, peacefully at Fairfields Care Centre. Late of 164 Drum Road, Cookstown.
Beloved wife of the late Ernest Crooks, dear friend of John Service, mother of James (Lorraine), dear sister of Margaret and sister-in-law of John.
Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will take place in R Steenson & Son Funeral Home on Friday 9th July at 12.00 Noon. The cortege will leave the funeral home at 12.30pm (approx.) travelling via Loy Street and Cemetery Road for interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Air Ambulance N.I.
Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
