CROZIER, Joan (née Graham) Died on April 26th 2021, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Dear mother of Darren (Alana), loving granny of Lukas and Ava, and partner of Tommy.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects may meet the funeral cortége as it leaves Hood & Co. Undertakers Funeral Home at 12.30 pm on Thursday, 29th April. We will proceed along Main Street, Strabane Road, along the A5, turning left onto Deerpark Road and into Ardstraw (approximately 12.45 pm), stopping at her late home, 15 Abbey Villas, and back to Ardstraw New Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to The Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, please make cheques payable to “Hood & Co. Undertakers”, 29 Main Street, Newtownstewart, BT78-4AD.
Will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by the entire family circle.
