We the family of the late John Cully, 8 College Square East , Bessbrook wish to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement.
We greatly appreciate all those who called to pay their respects at Mallons funeral home and Mountnorris Church. To those who sent sympathy cards and messages of sympathy. To those who called to the house and to those who travelled near and far to attend the funeral.
Special thanks to the carers from Ann’s Homecare who looked after John so well, the district nurses who attended John, Dr McKernan and team Bessbrook and the doctors, nurses and staff on the Respiratory ward, Daisy Hill Hospital who took great care for john in his final days. We would like to thank Fr. Dunne for the lovely service in Mallons funeral home and Reverend Neil, Mountnorris for the lovely service at the burial of Johns ashes.
Finally we would like to thank Daniel Mallon funeral director for the dignified, caring and professional manner in which Johns wake and funeral were carried out.
At this heartbreaking time we are eternally grateful. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
CULLY John passed away on 18th October 2021, peacefully in Daisy Hill Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Late of 8 College Square East, Bessbrook, Co Armagh.
Devoted father to Catherine, loving grandfather to Christian, Ethan and Jude, cherished son of the late William and Margaret, dearest brother to William, Mervyn, Trevor and the late Violet, caring father in law to Donal and brother in law to Patricia and Marian.
John’s remains will repose in Mallon’s Funeral Home, The Gatehouse, Mill Rd, Bessbrook 6-8pm Monday 18th October, 12-2pm and 5-7pm Tuesday 19th October.
Remembrance Service 9.30am Wednesday 20th October in Mallon’s Funeral Home, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
Funeral home strictly private for family and close friends in accordance with public health guidelines.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing daughter, grandchildren, brothers, Geraldine, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
