CUSACK Jim, 5th. March 2025, peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, at his home 19 Westland Terrace, (formerly of Cable Street), beloved husband of Philomena, loving father of Sineade, Carmen, Denise, Orla, Maria and Rebecca, a dear father-in-law and devoted grandfather and great-grandfather, dear son of the late Seamus and May, cherished brother to his brothers and sisters and a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle.

Funeral leaving his home on Saturday 8th. March at 9:20 a.m. to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Family flowers only donations in lieu if wished to the stroke ward Altnagelvin Hospital. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.
