CUSACK Michael (Mick) Died on 15th June 2021, peacefully at Lisburn Intermediate Care Home.

Dearly beloved husband of Jean and much loved father of Mairead, Michael, Jeanette and Thomas.

Mick’s remains will leave 58 Rosgoill Park at 10.30am on Friday to arrive at Roselawn Crematorium for 11.30 Cremation Service.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren and entire family circle.
