Date of Death: Monday 25th October 2021 Town: Derry

DEANE Liam died on 25th October 2021, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Late of 73 Glen Road.

Beloved husband of the late Joan, loving father of Frank, Joseph, Siobhan, Clare, Ciara, Emmett, Connall and Eoghan, a dear and loving grandfather, dear brother to Eamonn, Una, Deirdre and the late Gerry, Eilis and Seamus.

Funeral leaving his home, 73 Glen Road on Thursday 28th October at 10:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.

So saddened to learn of the passing of Liam. I had the privilege of being his PA in the Western Education and Library Board for many years. He was the kindest and most humourous boss anyone could wish for and was a friend to everyone. He was a family man and his dear departed wife Joan and you, his children, were his world. My deepest condolences to you all. Your dad truly deserves his place in God's Heavenly Home with your dear mum. Rest peacefully with the angels Liam 🙏Philomena Molloy Pomeroy
