Jason DEERY

Date of Death: Monday 13th May 2024 Town: Fintona
Date of Death: Monday 13th May 2024

Jason’s family are heartbroken at his untimely death. We would, however, like to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. Jason was a widely respected member of the community, and dearly loved father, brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend.

We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, or flowers, and to those who left messages online or via social media.

Thank you to those who called to the wake house, helped, brought food and to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the funeral Mass.

Sincere thanks to all our relatives, neighbours and friends who helped us in so many ways throughout this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to Father Seán Mulligan CC for his spiritual support and the comforting requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our readers, and our singer Sinead Taggart who provided the beautiful reverent and uplifting music.

Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger Tommy for preparing Jason’s final resting place.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Jason is loved and missed everyday, may his gentle, generous, kind soul be granted peace and eternal rest. His Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona on Saturday 8th June at 10am. Our Lady pray for him.
