DEVENNEY Eugene, Breaffy, Ballina and formerly of Castlederg, Co Tyrone and Birmingham – peacefully passed away on 12 April 2024, surrounded by his loving family, at the Mayo Hospice.

He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Áine; daughter, Philomena; sons, Aidan and Anthony; grandchildren, Siobhán, Catherine, Grace and Sean; great-granddaughter, Rosie; daughters-in-law, Sue and Marie, and his extended family in Ireland and the UK.

He will be reposing at his home on Sunday evening, 14 April, from 5pm. Requiem Mass will be held in St Muredach’s Cathedral on Monday at 1.30pm, followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org

He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.
