The family of the late Alfie Devine wish to express our appreciation and thanks to all who have supported us during our loss.
To everyone who called to the house, sent cards, brought food, sent messages of condolence and attended Alfie’s Funeral, your support has been greatly appreciated.
To all the Staff of Marie Curie Hospice, thank you for everything you did for Alfie. We are eternally grateful.
To O’Neill’s Funeral Directors, thank you for the dignified care and attention you gave him.
Thank you Fr Mulhall for a heartfelt Requiem Mass.

Alfie’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 15th December at 11am in Holy Trinity Church, Turf Lodge.

DEVINE Alfie, died peacefully under the wonderful care of the Marie Curie Hospice on 18th November 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved husband of Eileen and loving father of Pearse and Ruairí. Devoted granda to Aoife, Aaron, Ruadhán and Romee. Cherished brother of Bernadette, Maureen, Joe and Noel. Late of 71 Monagh Road.

Alfie’s remains will be reposing in his wife’s home (6 Nansen Street) from Wednesday evening for those wishing to pay their respects. Alfie’s remains will leave his wife’s address on Friday at 8.45am to arrive at 71 Monagh Road before making his final procession to Holy Trinity Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.

Alfie will be loved and missed by his heartbroken wife, sons, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and entire family circle.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Marie Curie c/o O’Neill’s Funeral Directors
