The family of the late Peter Devlin wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them through their recent bereavement.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses & staff of Ward 2 medical in CAH for their care and kindness during Peter’s final weeks.
To Peter’s carers, especially Claire Donnelly, Clare Mitchell, Julia colling & Alison Dillon thank you so much for your devoted care shown towards Peter throughout his illness.
Thank you to the staff of Willowbank, fit 4 u and the drivers of the community bus for your kindness and compassion shown to Peter throughout his time using your services.
Thank you to Brocagh GFC for assisting with parking arrangements at the wake.
To Patsy Taggart for his professional and courteous manner during this difficult time.
To Canon Benny Fee, Fr Tremer & Fr Mc callion for the beautiful funeral mass and attending Peter in his final days.
To the gravediggers and caretaker of the chapel
To Briege and Nuala for the singing and music at the funeral.
To the Kitch’n catering for the delicious food after the funeral and Castlebay centre for the use of the hall.
To Catherine Campbell for the beautiful flowers.
To all the readers and Kevin for carrying out Peter’s wishes of reading the prayer and to Martin for reading out Paul’s poem for his beloved twin.
Thank you to Peter’s friends from the Cursillo groups.
Thank you to everyone who called to the house, left food, sent mass cards, flowers and attended the funeral it was deeply appreciated.
To St Johns PS kingsisland and Brocagh GFC for the guard of honour at the funeral, thank you.

DEVLIN Peter – 42 Gortnaglough Road Brocagh, BT71 5EE, died January 22nd 2024.

Beloved husband of Paula (McKiver). Much loved father of Damian (Tracey), Tracey (Damien), Dominic. Loving Grandfather to Ella, Clara and Rían. Son of the late Patrick and Mary Rose RIP. Brother of John Pat, Paul, Ann (McGorrey), Margaret (Mitchell), Patricia (Fanthorpe) and the late JimJoe RIP. Son in law of Gusty and Mary McKiver.

Peter will be reposing at his late residence until Wednesday when removal will take place to St Brigid’s Church, Brocagh for 2pm requiem mass, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Very deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews and extended Devlin and McKiver family circle and friends. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

House private from 10pm to 10am. Parking only at Kiverco Factory and lane.
