DIXON, Finbar died on 23rd March 2021, Peacefully, at home, in the tender care of his loving family. Late of Banbrook Hill, Armagh City, formerly St. Nicholas’ Avenue, Dundalk.
Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Cassie and brother John. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Rosie (nee Duffy), sons and daughters Martin, Michael, Stacey, Kieran, Megan and Aimee, step-daughters Leanne, Aoife and Shauna, son-in-law Pearse, daughter-in-law Tammy, grandchildren, sisters Alison and Noleen, brothers Paddy, Tommy and Damien, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May He Rest in Peace.
Finbar’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family only. The Mass can be viewed on the link below, on Friday 26th March at 11am.
There will be an opportunity for the community to show support and to remember Finbar by being present on the route, socially distanced, on Friday, March 26th, as the funeral cortege leaves from his home, continuing to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh for Funeral Mass at 11am. Afterwards, the cortege will proceed to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Dundalk for burial at 1pm approx.
To keep everyone safe, please adhere to social distancing, wear a face covering and refrain from handshaking and hugging.
