DOHERTY James (Jimmy) 22nd April 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, JAMES, (Jimmy, formerly of Lecky Road), beloved husband of Margo, loving father of Cathy and the late Niall, dear father-in-law to Tony and the late Julie, devoted son of the late Neil (Barber) and Bella, cherished brother of Bridie, John, Neil and the late Willie and a loving uncle to all his nephews and nieces. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle.

James will be reposing at his home, 50 Dunree Gardens, on Wednesday 23rd. April from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. To 10:00 p.m.

Funeral leaving his home on Friday 25th. April ay 9:30 a.m. to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Family flowers only donations in lieu if wished to The Renal Unit, Altnagelvin Hospital.

Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.
