DOHERTY Joseph (Joe): 11th February 2025. Peacefully in Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Late of Jack Allen Court and Anne Street, Brandywell.

Dearly beloved Husband of the late Ann and the late Sheila. Devoted Father of Sheila, Valerie, Hugh, Paul, Patrice and Jolene. Dear Father-in-law to Brian, Danny, Angela, Joanne, Derek and Brian. Loving Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Brother of Margaret, Noleen, Martina, Josephine, Jacqueline, Bernadette and Seamus and the late Leo, Patricia, Eamon and Jack. Son of the late Joe and Ella. Sadly missed by all his nieces, Nephews and family friends.

Funeral leaving his Daughter Valerie’s home 8 Turasmore Park on Friday 14th February 2025 at 1.30pm for 2pm service in St Columba’s Church Longtower followed burial in the City Cemetery. Visitor’s welcome to pay respects at Valerie’s home between 12 noon and 10pm.

In silence he suffered, with patience he bore, till God called him homeward, to suffer no more.
