DOHERTY (née McLaughlin) Maria, 17th November 2024, peacefully at Foyle Hospice, beloved wife of Eamonn, loving mother of Meghan and Caoimhe, devoted daughter of Malachy and Kathleen, dear and loving sister of Eddie and Michael, cherished daughter-in-law of Helen and the late Frank, a loving aunt and a dear sister-in-law. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.

Maria will be reposing at her home, 1 Winchester Park, on Sunday 17th November from 4:00pm.

Funeral leaving there on Tuesday 19th November at 9:20am to St. Columb’s Church, Chapel Road for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

At Maria’s request, the wake is for close family and friends only. Family time please from 10:00pm to 11:00am.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
