DONALDSON (nee Taylor) Joy Lindsay (Newry) 22nd October 2026, peacefully at home “Ardkeen” 61 Ashgrove Road Newry. Dearly beloved wife of the late Dr Gerald Donaldson, devoted and much loved mother of Neil and Gina, dear mother-in-law of Joanna and Steve; treasured grandmother (Nana) of Matthew, Christy (Ryan) and Megan; Jack (Katy) and Ruth (Luke) and loving great-grandmother of Beatrice, sister of the late Billy and a much loved aunt and friend.

Family and Friends welcome at her late home on Tuesday 27th October 2026 between 4pm and 8pm. House private outside of this time please. Following a private family cremation, a Service of Thanksgiving for Joy’s Life will take place on Friday 30th October 2026 at 11.30am in St Mary’s Parish Church, John Mitchel Place, Newry.
