Date of Death: Monday 13 th May 2024

The family of the late Anne Donnelly wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. Words cannot express our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours who helped in any way before, during and after the wake. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten.

We thank all who contacted us, left online tributes, sent cards or flowers. Those who attended the wake and funeral and those who travelled long distances to be there.

We wish to express a special thank you to Father David Moore P.P. for his friendship and support to Anne over the years. For the compassion and guidance he gave to the family and for the beautiful Funeral Mass. Thank you also to Father Barney McAleer for concelebrating the Mass. To Father McVeigh, Father McAnenly, Father O’Neill and Father Hughes for their prayers and spiritual support.

To Malachi Cush and Plunkett McGartland for the beautiful singing and music and to all those who contributed to the Funeral Mass. To the grave diggers who prepared Anne’s final resting place and Stephen Mallon who provided the floral tributes. We thank The Rusty Keg for providing refreshments and to Cavanakeeran Community Centre for the use of their facilities.

To Kate McAleer & Co. Funeral Directors, we wish to express our heartfelt thanks, for the dignified and professional manner in which Kate carried out the funeral arrangements and for the compassion, kindness and support she bestowed upon us during the most difficult time.

We thank Campbell Surgery Dungannon, McAleer Medical Hall Pomeroy, District Nursing and Support Care who attended Anne in her own home. We are forever grateful for your care and support. We also thank the Paramedics and staff of Antrim Area Hospital.

To Anne’s beloved Pomeroy Plunketts, for their guard of honour, beautiful tribute and for the joy and enrichment they brought to her life through the years.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as an expression of our sincerest appreciation.
Anne’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Thursday 13th June in The Church of the Assumption, Pomeroy at 7.30pm.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
