We would like to thank all those who have supported us through the sudden loss of our son Gerard Doran on 30th December 2023. All the family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues and ship mates who travelled to visit us and helped in so many ways during Gerards wake and funeral.
Thank you to O’Neill’s Funeral Directors for guiding us through everything.
To Amy McAllister and Jo Malone for the amazing singing and music, to The Roddy McCorley Social Club and TKOne for providing food and drinks, Fleurs de Vincent for flowers, Deacon Brendan Dowd his part in the mass.
A special thank you to Fr Aidan Brankin, St Oliver Plunket Church who made Gerard’s funeral Mass very special and was a great support to us and the community. Our Prayers are with you all
DORAN Gerard. Passed suddenly on 30th December 2023.
Cherished son of Bernadette and Gerard. A devoted father of Gerard. Much loved brother of Georgina, Katrina, Mairead and Sean. Our Lady Queen of Peace Pray for him.
Gerard’s remains will return to his late residence on Wednesday afternoon, from where he will leave on Friday 5th January at 9.30am to arrive at St Oliver Plunkett Church for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.
Gerard will be sorely missed by his heartbroken mother, son, sisters, brother and entire family circle.
