DOWNEY Gerald (Dixie) R.I.P. Passed away suddenly on November 24, 2022.

Dearly beloved son of Bernadette and the late Gerard (Dixie Snr), devoted father of Ryan, Conor and Caragh. A cherished grandfather of Jayden, Cónan and Lorcán. A much loved brother of Jim, Daniel, Brendan and Amanda. Late of 13 Altan Place, Lagmore. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Respects can be paid to Dixie at his family home from the evening of Friday November 25th. Dixie’s remains will leave his family home on Tuesday November 29th at 1.30pm to arrive at Christ the Redeemer Church for a Service at 2.00pm. Cremation shall take place on Thursday December 1st at 5.20pm in Roselawn Crematorium.

Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing mother, sons, daughter, brothers, sister, grandchildren and wider family circle. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Chest Heart and Stroke, c/o O’Neill’s Funeral Directors
