41 Sheepland Road, Ardglass died peacefully at home on Thursday 18 August surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly beloved husband of Margaret, loving father of Elizabeth, John, Michelle, Patricia and Aidan, cherished grandfather of Maeve, Fiona, Cormac, Maria, Paul, Clodagh, Conleath, Aoibhín, Rosaleen and Gabriel, adored daughter-in-law Kate and sons-in-law Fernando, Paul, Conor and adored brother of the late Theresa Thompson.

John is reposing at his residence until 2pm on Sunday 21 August when he will leave for 2.30pm Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Dunsford with interment following in the adjoining family burial ground.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law and large circle of family and friends.
