DROMEY, Sr Mary Elizabeth Dromey died (peacefully) in St Peter’s Nursing Home, Castlebellingham, Co Louth on Friday 16th April. Formerly from Carmelite Monastery Glenvale, Newry and Kilmichael, Co Cork.  Late of Castlebellingham, Glenvale Newry, Cork.

She will be sadly missed by her Carmelite Sisters of Glenvale and Tallow, Co Waterford and by her nieces, nephews, grand and great grandnieces and grandnephews and wide circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents, John and Julia, brothers Paddy, Br John Alexis, Fr Matt, James and sister Maudie.

“May she rest in peace and may St Therese take her safely home”.

Her funeral mass will take place in St Mary’s Church, Newry on Sunday at 12:30 followed by burial in the Carmelite grave in St Mary’s Cemetery, Newry. The funeral mass may be viewed on the link below.
