The death has taken place of Mary Christina (Chris) Fairley (née McFaul), August 10 2025. Peacefully at home, 141 Ardmore Road, Derry (surrounded by her loving family in her 85th year) cherished daughter of the late Robert John and Margretta May dearly beloved wife of Sidney, dearest sister of Victor, Rosemary, Ernie, Hazel, Mavis and the late Margaret, Jean, Eileen, Ethel and Betty.

Service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held in her late home on Tuesday, August 12 at 1.30pm followed by burial afterwards in Upper Cumber Cemetery. Family flowers only donations, in lieu, if desired to Marie Curie c/o Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24a Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry, BT473QQ. (Family time please from 10.00pm to 12noon).
