FARQUHAR The Most Reverend Anthony, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Down and Connor. Died November 17, 2023 peacefully at Nazareth Care Village. Aged 83 years.

Bishop Anthony’s remains will arrive at St Bernadette’s Church, Rosetta, on Wednesday November 22nd for the Liturgy of Reception at 7.00pm, Bishop Anthony’s remains will repose there until 9.00pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Ormeau Road, on Thursday November 23rd at 12noon followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
