FERRY , June 2026, peacefully, at Foyle Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness, formerly of Rinmore Drive. Beloved husband of Philomena, loving father of Áine and Stephen, devoted grandfather of Shane, Aaron, Seanán, Aoife, Saorla, Molly-Rose and Liam, cherished son the late William and Rose Ferry, dear and loving brother of Betty, Bridie, Maeve, Joe, Seamus, Sean, Donal, Carmel, Veronica, Patricia, Brian, Helena, Declan and the late Eugene and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.

Liam will be reposing at his home, 37 Elmgrove on Thursday 4th June from 2:00pm. Family time please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday 6th June at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Knock intercede for him.
