Damien FITZGERALD
FITZGERALD Damien died on 10th October 2021, peacefully at hospital. Late of 2 McVeagh’s Meadow, Kircubbin, Co Down.
Damien, dearly loved husband of Sheila, loving and devoted father of Adrian and Áine, much loved grandfather of Cian, Callum, Saoirse and Seamus, dear son of Seamus and the late Mary, dear brother of Stephanie, Eamon, Ciaran, Grainne, Sinead and the late Eilís and a dear brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and cousin.
His remains will leave his home, 2 McVeagh’s Meadow, Kircubbin on Wednesday at 1.30pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballycran for Requiem Mass at 2pm followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
The service will be relayed to the carpark area for those unable to enter the church due to Covid restrictions. In line with current guidelines the Family home will be restricted to family and close friends.
Family flowers only please donations if desired to Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice c/o John Smith Funeral Directors, 91a High Street, Portaferry.
On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed.
