Patricia Fitzsimons (nee Collins) R.I.P. Patricia passed away peacefully at Louisville Nursing Home on 27th October 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved daughter of the late George and Mary. Devoted wife of the late Brian. Much loved sister of Maura, Malachy and the late Leo, Billy and George. Cherished Aunt of all of her nieces and nephews. Formerly of Frere Street. Our Lady of Lourdes Pray for Her.

Patricia will be reposing at our Chapel of Rest from Thursday for those wishing to pay their respects. For viewing times, please contact our office. Patricia will leave our Chapel of Rest on Friday at 11:30am to arrive at St. Josephs Church Hannahstown. Burial to follow in Our Lady’s Cemetery.

Patricia will be loved and missed always by her heartbroken brother, sister, nieces, nephews and her entire wider family circle.
