FITZSIMONS Richard (Dickie) Died on 5th July 2021, peacefully at The Ulster Hospital following a short illness. Late of 9 Knocknashinna Road, Downpatrick.
Dearly beloved husband of the late Geraldine and loving father of Andrew, John, Mary and the late Judith. Dear father-in-law to Carolyn, Natasha and Patrick. Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Ryan, Conor, Cormac, Cillian and Rory. Much loved brother of Jimmy and the late Gerard.
Funeral from his late residence on Friday 9th July 2021 at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Killough Road.
Very deeply regretted by his entire family circle.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to ‘Friends of the Cancer Centre’ in memory of Geraldine his late wife, c/o Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors, 24 English Street, Downpatrick.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
