Imelda FLEMING
Roisin, MaryLou, Deirdre and the wider family circle would like to express our deepest gratitude to all who sympathised with us on the recent sad death of Imelda. All who sent sympathy cards, brought food, and sent flowers.
A special thanks to Imelda’s work colleagues and clients who paid a lovely tribute to Imelda on the day of her funeral.
Many thanks to Fr. McFaul for his thoughtful and prayerful Mass. Also, to Sarah and Isobel for their beautiful music and singing.
We also thank all who cared for Imelda during her long illness, Dr. Nicola Duffy, North West Cancer Centre, especially Dr. Malek and Lorna Cairns and the staff of the Foyle Hospice who cared for Imelda with such care and dignity, in her final weeks. It all meant so much to our family.
A special appreciation to the Republican Movement for their fitting tributes at the Republican Monument in Creggan, at the funeral, especially at Imelda’s graveside.
Finally, to acknowledge McClafferty Funeral Directors, for the dignified and compassionate way they carried out Imelda’s funeral.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation from Imelda’s family, friends, and neighbours.
