Fr Stephen Kearney died on the 12th November 2020, peacefully at home, 42 Knockmoyle Road, Omagh, BT78 7TB. R.I.P

Beloved son of the late Patrick and Bernadette (Clougherney, Plumbridge), fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters, Margaret (Donaghy), Seamus, Sr. Dolores OLA, Paddy Joe, Bernadette (McLaughlin), Gerard, Kevin, Teresa, Mary (McLaughlin), Philomena (Gormley) and Eugene, and a much loved uncle. Deeply regretted by Bishop McKeown, all priests of the diocese, brothers, sisters, all his nieces and nephews, parishioners and close friends.

Fr Stephen’s remains will repose in St Mary’s Church, Knockmoyle from this evening.
The Church will be open for private prayer from:
7pm-9pm tonight (Thursday)
10am-6pm and 7pm-9pm Friday
Requiem Mass will be in St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher on Saturday 14th November at 1pm, with burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Aughabrack.
Due to current restrictions, attendance at the Funeral Mass will be limited to immediate family members only.

Condolences

With Deepest Sympathy and sincerest condolences to his family circle as well as the Priests off the Parish. Fr Stephen will be sadly missed by all who knew him, he always a great whit and his sermons were great to listen to; he made the Holy Mass really great to be present at. Safe now in the Arms of the good Lord with no more back or Health issues. May the Good LORD embrace him is his Loving Arms. Martin & Breege.
