Francis (Francie) McKeegan, Westlands Residential Home Cookstown and formally Drum Road, Dunamore.

We, the sisters, Maggie and Eileen, along with the extended family circle wish to express our genuine heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us over the sad loss of Francie.

We would like to thank the staff of Westlands Residential Home in Cookstown, who cared for Francie for the past 18 years and who in Francies final weeks showed kindness and compassion to both him and the family. We will be eternally grateful for all you have done.

To the staff at Antrim Area Hospital who looked after Francie during his short illness, we appreciate the warmth and empathy shown towards Francie and the family while in your care.

A huge thank you to all those who helped during the wake and funeral, providing food, serving tea, and parking cars. To those who called to the wake, sent mass cards, sympathy cards and messages we are touched by your empathy and care.

A special word of appreciation to FMC Funeral Services, Carrickmore, for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out Francies funeral arrangements.

We would also like to give a special word of thanks to Fr Peter McAnenly for calling to the house during the wake and offering us spiritual guidance. It was of great comfort to us all.

To Fr Hughes who conducted a beautiful requiem mass for Francie and to Jacqueline Loughran and Eamon Donnelly for their stunning music, we thank you all wholeheartedly.

Thank you to the Millwheel in Dunamore for providing the food following Francies Funeral.

Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all involved in any way.
