The Father, brother and sisters of the late Jacqueline Friel would like to thank all who gave us comfort and support at our time of loss.

To all the staff of the Foyle Hospice, we greatly appreciate the care and support you gave to Jacqueline, and to us,her family.

To Fr Michael Mc Gaughey for visiting Jacqueline in the hospice which brought her much comfort and for the beautiful funeral mass.

To Bethney Doherty for her beautiful music at the mass.

To Jacqueline’s work colleagues and friends for their kind words and those who kept in touch with her during her illness thank you all.

To all who visited Jacqueline throughout her illness and those who kept Jacqueline in their thoughts and prayers, thank you. Your comforting expressions of sympathy will always be remembered with deepest gratitude.

A special word of appreciation to all who gave of their time and love in helping us through the Wake.

Thanks also to Sean Carr and all at Carr family funeral directors for the professional and dignified service provided by them.

Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair.
Perhaps you sent those beautiful flowers that we saw sitting there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words as any friend could say.
Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day.
Whatever you did to console our hearts,
We thank you so much for whatever part.

Jacqueline’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 11th December at 7pm in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn.
