The family of the late Rab Fryers, beloved husband of Maura, father to Mark, Alison,
Aine, Brendan, grandfather and great grandfather, wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who supported us through our sad loss. The kindness and generosity shown from family, friends, neighbours, comrades and wider community.
For the many hundreds who called to our home and attended Rab’s funeral. Your messages and stories gave us comfort and strength during this difficult time. Special acknowledgements to the medical and community nursing staff for the care in tending to Rab.
A special thank you to the organisers of Rab’s commemoration, your words and the beautiful music touched our hearts. The Felons Club for the hospitality shown after Rab’s funeral.

FRYERS Rab – Passed peacefully at home, 1 Dermott Hill Way, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 18th January 2024.
Dearly beloved husband of Maura, much loved father of Mark, Alison, Aine, Niall & Brendan, a loving grandfather to all his grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Rab’s remains will return to his late residence 1 Dermott Hill Way on Saturday afternoon 20th January for those wishing to pay their respects. Rabs remains will leave his late residence on Wednesday 24th January at 1.30pm to arrive at Roselawn Crematorium for a Service at 4pm.
Rab will be loved & missed always by his heartbroken wife, Sons, Daughters & entire family circle.
