We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Dr. Mary Siobhan Gallagher, peacefully at her home, on 18th October 2024. Late of 50 Woodbrook. May she rest in peace.

Loving mother of Una. Dearest wife of Michael Rush. Beloved daughter of the late Billy and Maureen. A much loved sister of Angela, Catherine, Brigid, Martin, Michael, Rosemary, Gerard, Paula and Margaret. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends.

Mary’s remains will be reposing at her late family home, 50 Woodbrook from 3pm this afternoon, Saturday 19th October. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 21st October at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
