We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Mary Kathleen (Maureen) Gallagher, suddenly but peacefully at her home, on 17th November 2023. Late of 21 Elmwood Rd. May she rest in peace.

Beloved daughter of the late William and Kathleen Gallagher née Toner. Devoted sister of Liam, Jim, Anne and Paul. Loving aunt and great-aunt to all of her nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Maureen’s remains will be reposing at her late family residence, 21 Elmwood Rd from 5pm this afternoon, Friday 17th November. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 20th November at 9:20am for 10am requiem mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
