GARDINER, Samuel (Sammy) Called home 4th October 2026 at home with loving family by his side.

Late of Hampton Crescent, Larne, formerly of Ballyclare. Beloved dad of Maggie (husband Mark), Ava, Gordon (wife Wilma), Naomi (partner Peter), Sam (partner Donna) and Laura. A much-loved granda, great-granda and brother of Thomas.

Family and friends are welcome to call and pay their respects to his son Gordon’s home, 25 Grange Valley Crescent, Ballyclare, BT39 9AY on Wednesday and Thursday from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm to 10.00 p.m.

A Service of Celebration for Sammy’s life will be held in S&J Irvine’s Funeral Home, 48 Rashee Road, Ballyclare, BT39 9HJ on Friday 9th October 2026 at 12.30 pm followed by interment in Ballyclare Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to Macmillan Unit Antrim Area Hospital c/o S&J Irvine Funeral Directors.

Sammy will be sadly missed and always loved and remembered by the entire family circle.
