GATES Sylvia (Portadown) January 4, 2026, passed away (peacefully) in Craigavon Area Hospital. Sylvia Isabelle, beloved sister of Wilfred and the late Alma & Lily. Also a cherished aunt to her nieces and nephews.
House Strictly Private. A service of thanksgiving for Sylvia’s life will take place in Joseph Poots & Son Funeral Home, 42/44 Bridge Street, Portadown, BT63 5AE on Thursday 8th January at 11am followed by burial in St. Aidan’s Parish Churchyard, Kilmore.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, can be made by cheque payable to Hockley Private Nursing Home C/o Joseph Poots & Son Funeral Directors at the above address.
