GATH (nee Loy) Leigh (Newry) July 27, 2024, (unexpectantly) at home, late of St. Anthony’s, Pallaskenry, Co. Limerick and formerly of Newry, Co. Down.

Leigh, loving mother, wife and lifelong, passionate disability advocate and activist, dearly missed by her husband Eugene, son Karl, daughter Aisling, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends from Newry, Limerick, Texas and all over Ireland and the world. May she rest in eternal peace with her sister Anne and her mother and father.

Reposing at St. Mary’s Church, Pallaskenry on Tuesday July 30, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday July 31, at 12:00 noon followed by burial immediately afterwards in Kilcornan Cemetery.
