The family of the late Dorothy Geddis would like to offer their sincere thanks to all the family friends and neighbours who sent cards, messages and attended Dorothy’s funeral.
We would like to thank the staff of ward 5F at the Royal Victoria Hospital and to the Reverend Claire Aylwood for the funeral service. Finally our sincere thanks to Martin and Claire of Charles Rourke and Sons funeral directors for their compassion, support and professionalism.
We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
GEDDIS (Nee Parkinson) Dorothy (Dot) – 30th April 2025, in hospital following a short illness, dearly beloved wife of the late Billy and much loved mother of Sharon, Jan and Sonia, dear mother-in-law of Dessie and Malcolm, loving granny of Laura, Simon, Ruth, Matthew, Ruben and Lidia.
Funeral Service will be held in Charles Rourke & Sons’, Funeral Church, 51 Church Street, Downpatrick BT30 6EH on Monday 5th May at 2.30pm.
Interment afterwards in Inch Parish Graveyard. House strictly private.
Rest in peace.
