The death has taken place of Ajit Singh Gill (Peter), sadly passed away on August 11 2026, aged 72. Son of the late Darshan Singh Gill and the late Swaran Kaur Gill. Beloved husband of Primaljit Kaur Gill. Loving brother. Devoted father and uncle of Ropie, Babu, Lisa, Raja, Sahib and Joban. Beloved grandfather of Dylan, Omi, Rumi, Noah, Hiro and Nori. Loved by all his wider family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Service will take place at Lakelands Funeral Home and Crematorium, Dublin Road, Tullymongan Upper, Cavan H12 RF78 at 1:00pm on Monday, August 17 followed by refreshments at the nearby Meadow View Inn. There will also be langar and kirtan from 5:30pm at Derry Gurdwara. There will be a wake between 12-6pm on Sunday, August 16 at the family home, 51 Messines Park, Racecourse Road, BT48 8AR. For those who would like to pay their respects and are unable to make it to the crematorium please know that you are welcome to come to the family home.
