GILLEN (née Given) Dorette (Brigid) , peacefully at Edenballymore Lodge Care Home, on the 12th of January 2023.
Late of Great James Street and Clarendon Manor. May she rest in peace.
Beloved wife of the late Michael. Loving mother of Elizabeth, Joanna, George and Ciaran. Devoted grandmother and great-grandmother to all of her loving grandchildren. Dearest daughter of the late John and Veronica Given. A much loved sister of the late Fr. George Given. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
Dorette’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Elizabeth’s residence, 20 Griffith Park. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 16th January 2023 at 10:20am for 11am requiem mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral. Burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
Wake will commence from 10am on Saturday 14th January 2023.
