Date of Death: Saturday 6th January 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we the family of the late Eilish Gorman come together to express our deepest gratitude to all those who have shared in our sorrow following the sudden passing of our cherished Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Eilish.

We are immensely thankful to everyone who attended Eilish’s wake and funeral offering comfort and support during this difficult time. Thank you to all those that called with mass cards and floral tributes. A heartfelt appreciation goes to our extended family whose presence and solidarity meant the world to us.
Fr Naughton thank you for leading a profoundly beautiful and personal mass that honoured the memory of our beloved Eilish. The beautiful music was provided by Anna-Marie Boyle and organist Doreen Finnegan.

A special acknowledgment goes to Pat, Jacqueline and Paddy McGennity whose unwavering support leading to Eilish’s funeral will not be forgotten.
Our gratitude extends to the Canal Court Hotel and its staff for the warm and compassionate hospitality creating a comforting environment for Eilish’s farewell.
While it’s impossible to individually thank everyone who has reached out to us we hope this acknowledgment serves as a token of our heartfelt appreciation to all who have offered their condolences and support during this time of grief.
To our dearest Eilish, Mother of 3, Grandmother of 8 and Great Grandmother of 3 and a beloved wife of 52 years to Thomas – your legacy lives on in the cherished memories etched forever in our hearts.
