We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Patrick Joseph “Pat” Gormley peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on the 1st of July 2025. May he rest in peace. (1945-2025)

Late of 5 Whitehorn Drive, Curryneirin, Derry.

Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Sean (Emma) and Natasha (John). Loved dearly by his grandchildren. Son of the late William and Mary Gormley R.I.P and dear brother of Mary and the late Liam, Sarah and Seamus R.I.P.

You are welcome to pay your respects at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home (414a Ballyquin Road, Dungiven BT47 4NQ) on Wednesday (2nd) from 5pm to 7pm and Thursday (3rd) 5pm to 7pm.

Leaving the funeral home at 7pm to repose in St Mary’s Church Ardmore. Cortege will pause at Pat’s late home.

Requiem Mass will take place on Friday 4th of July 2025 at 10am. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Requiem Mass can be viewed via the church webcam on the link below. Sacred Heart of Jesus pray for him.
