The wife and family of the late Desmond Grant would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us on our recent bereavement.
Thanks to all those who sent letters, Mass Cards, brought gifts of food and floral tributes, made a donation to Dementia N I, attended the house and helped in any way.
Thanks to Dr. Glenn and all the staff at Downe Health Centre, all the devoted carers at Lydian Care, the District Nurses for their excellent care to Desmond, especially in the last weeks of his life and to Brian and his staff at Mooney Chemists.
A very special thank you to Fr. Maurice Henry for attending Desmond at home and celebrating his life at the Requiem Mass and for his presence and prayers at the crematorium.
Thank you to our ever-faithful neighbours Bernie and Marty Campbell for the beautiful singing and The Rourke Family for the dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
Our thanks to St Patrick’s Golf Club for the refreshments after The Requiem Mass.

Desmond’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 17th January at 7.30pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick.
Sr. Maureen Grant’s 1st Anniversary will be celebrated at the same Mass.
