The death has occurred of Valerie (Val) Greenwood (née Warren), May 25 2026, peacefully at her home, St Canice’s Close, Eglinton, beloved wife of the late Bruce, loving mother of Sandra, Mark and the late Andrew, mother-in-law of Stuart and Micaela, devoted grandmother of Stephen, Hannah, Ben, Rosanna and the late Adam, cherished great-grandmother of Ava and Jack.

Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU, on Wednesday from 6 – 8 pm. Funeral service will take place in St Canice’s Parish Church, Eglinton, on Thursday at 11 o’clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please.
